This Website provides digital top-ups and game credits including but not limited to PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Mobile Legends Diamonds and other digital gaming products (“Digital Products”).

1) Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using this Website under supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You provide accurate personal details required for fulfilling your order.

2) Nature of Products (Digital / Non-Physical)

All items sold on ONlinediscount.site are digital products (game currency, vouchers, packages, or top-ups).
No physical delivery is made. Delivery is completed through:

  • in-game crediting, or
  • code delivery (if applicable), or
  • confirmation on the order page / email / WhatsApp.

3) Account & Customer Responsibilities

To complete a top-up, you may need to provide:

  • Player ID / User ID
  • Server/Region (if required)
  • Correct game/account details

✅ You are solely responsible for providing correct information.
❌ We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect details submitted by you.

4) Pricing & Currency (PKR)

All prices on this Website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to:

  • supplier pricing updates,
  • exchange rate fluctuation (if applicable),
  • platform fee changes.

Any confirmed order will be charged at the price shown at checkout.

5) Payments & SBP Compliance

We use secure payment channels and may accept:

  • Bank Transfer / IBFT
  • Debit/Credit Cards (if enabled)
  • Mobile Wallets (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) (if enabled)
  • Other SBP-compliant payment methods via payment gateway providers

  • State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, and
  • applicable rules of payment gateways and financial institutions.

We do not store your card details. Payment security is managed by the payment service provider.

6) Order Processing & Delivery Time

Most top-ups are delivered instantly or within a short time.
However delivery time may vary due to:

  • maintenance of game servers,
  • supplier delays,
  • verification requirements,
  • technical errors.

If a delay occurs, you may contact support and we will assist.

7) Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once delivered.

✅ Refund may be considered only if:

  • Payment is successful but product is not delivered, AND
  • customer provided correct details, AND
  • the issue is confirmed from our system logs.

❌ Refund will NOT be provided if:

  • customer entered wrong Player ID / server/region
  • top-up was delivered successfully
  • account is banned/suspended by the game publisher
  • customer changes mind after purchase
  • delay occurred due to game maintenance outside our control

If approved, refunds (if any) are processed back to the original payment method where possible, or alternative method as per policy.

8) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We strictly monitor and prevent fraud.
If a customer files an unjustified chargeback after successful delivery:

  • we may block the customer from future transactions,
  • report the transaction evidence to the payment provider,
  • take legal action where applicable.

We may require verification for suspicious orders.

9) Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before processing.
Once the top-up is processed or delivered, cancellation is not possible.

10) Promotions & Discounts

We may provide promotional offers, coupons, or discounts.
Offers may:

  • expire anytime,
  • apply to selected products only,
  • be revoked in case of misuse.

12) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • attempt hacking, fraud, or abuse of pricing,
  • upload harmful code or data,
  • impersonate someone else.

We reserve the right to block suspicious users and refuse service.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
